BEWARE possible scam – local business alert

A local business reported receiving a scam email regarding a past-due fire inspection. The email threatened potential fines and included several suspicious links at the bottom to click. Annual fire inspections are required, but businesses will be contacted by a member of our Life Safety Division – not by a 3rd party company via email.
If a business receives a similar email and has questions about their fire inspection, they can contact a member of our Life Safety team directly.
