Healthy Lee Still Needs Our Help!

Healthy Lee is excited about the current results of the Community Needs Survey. Still, we can do better!

Your involvement will significantly contribute to the success of this effort and Healthy Lee’s collaborative impact to improve the health and well-being of our community.

This quantitative assessment will be supplemental to the current Community Health Needs Assessment underway for 2023. Lee Health asks for our community participation and support. They will share the data collected with us and the broader community at the end of the survey.
