See Four Builders in One Visit

Kingston is positioning itself as the future of Southwest Florida living, a place built around community, convenience, and lifestyle. The Grand Opening is a chance to see it in person. Rather than driving between separate sales centers, you can tour all 18 models in one afternoon, compare floor plans side by side, and talk with each builder’s team directly.

Enter to Win a Golf Cart

Visit all four builders during the event, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a golf cart. Make sure you check in at all four model parks so each visit counts toward your entry.

Activities for the Whole Family

There will be activities and fun for the whole family, including:

• Ice cream truck
• Touch-A-Truck, where kids can climb in and explore big vehicles up close
• Live music
• Trolley model tours to get you between the model parks

Meet True North Classical Academy and WMG Commercial Developer

Representatives from True North Classical Academy and WMG Commercial Developer will be at the welcome tent to answer questions. If you’re thinking about schools or what’s coming commercially, stop by and ask.

When You Arrive

Follow the event signage to parking. Then head to the main tent to check in and pick up your model guide, which will help you plan your route through the four model parks.
