- Eligible Florida Counties: All 67 counties in Florida.
- For-profit, privately held small business in Florida
- Deadline to Apply: May 8, 2020

- Maximum Amount: $50,000, interest free
- Term: maximum of 1 year
- 12.5% interest rate if not repaid or taken out in one year
- Must have 2- 100 employees
