Southwest Florida Water Supply Conference

Hosted by the Lee County Economic Development Office and East Lee County Chamber of Commerce, the Southwest Florida Water Supply Conference was held in North Naples on Wednesday, October 1st, at Talis Park Golf Club. 

About 60 business and political leaders from the area were in attendance, as leaders are recognizing how population growth is impacting the water supply.

State Representative Jenna Persons-Mulicka welcomed attendees to the conference and gave a brief overview of the purpose of the gathering.  Additional comments were offered by event chairman Lee County Commissioner Cecil Pendergrass speaking also on behalf of Senator Kathleen Passidomo. Event moderators were John Talmage, Director, Lee County Economic Development Office, and Michael Welch, Chairman, East Lee County Chamber of Commerce.
