SWFL Ag Expo Is Nearly Here

Two weeks from Thursday is the start of the Southwest Florida Ag Expo, which runs Feb. 29 through March 10 at the Lee County Civic Center Complex in North Fort Myers. The county is pleased to be putting on the event this year for our community to enjoy entertainment, animal exhibitions, livestock auctions, the midway rides, home crafts and traditional food.

Please check out the attached flyer and share this info with friends, family, and neighbors. Share on your social media if you’d like. We welcome your help in creating excitement for and awareness of the event. Check out the website at SWFLAgExpo.com and follow the SWFL Ag Expo on Facebook.

A sample of highlights:

  • We are working hard to promote the amazing accomplishments of the youth livestock exhibitors, for whom showing their animals at the Ag Expo is the culmination of weeks and months of work. Check out the livestock event schedule.
  • We are promoting the MEGAPASS. It’s an amazing way to take in the midway rides. The $25 wristband covers gate admission and unlimited mechanical rides for the day of your choice. But you have to purchase it online before the Ag Expo opens at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29.
  • When you go online to check out the ticket options, don’t forget to view the list of bands and entertainment, which is free with your gate admission.

We know many have expressed interest in working this event on behalf of the county, and we appreciate your enthusiasm. Details are still being worked out. So in the meantime, help us spread the word about the 2024 event!
