Launch of Lee Health Mobile Health Unit

Lee Health is thrilled to announce the launch of a new mobile health unit, starting its operations on Monday, April 29 at 9:00 AM.

The unit will be stationed at 55 Homestead Rd S, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936.

To coincide with the commencement of patient care, we are hosting a health fair that will include community partners on the same day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

This mobile unit will offer primary care services three days a week:

  • Mondays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

We anticipate that this initiative will significantly enhance healthcare accessibility within the community. We are committed to accepting the same insurance as our LPG practice locations, including:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • All contracted in-network payers

Additionally, this mobile health unit is posed to serve the Lee County community, particularly in the aftermath of hurricanes or similar disasters.
